What Is A Personal Injury Claim?
Personal injury law refers to an injury or illness that has been caused by someone else’s negligence. If this happened then you may be able to make a personal injury claim to compensate you.

Time Limits
In most cases you have three years to start your claim*. This time limit usually starts from the date of your accident. However, in some cases it can be from the date you became aware your injury was due to negligence.

Fees and Disbursements
Employment cases can be dealt with on a contingency basis to be set against any financial award. Often referred to as NO WIN NO FEE. This is capped at 30% of all compensation received (including VAT).

In some cases a Medical Report may be required - Estimated - £400/£500 plus VAT.
